Oh well! This is for a heritage class at the lss. My grandpa is in the class photo. I'm guessing he's somewhere around 7 or 8 years old. The woman is his first teacher. I thought it was interesting that her picture was among the family portraits that were given to me this summer. There is a ton of hidden journaling. Some family members interviewed my grandpa in 2000 about many of his experiences. He talked a lot about school and the mischief he made! The certificate is a reduced copy of one he received in 1912 for being "neither tardy nor absent" for the whole year. Our family is so lucky to have all these photos and memories! TFL!

This is GORGEOUS Stephanie! The color scheme is absolutely PERFECT with your theme and photos. And yes -- you are SO lucky to have the pictures you do. I am always jealous of how much family history you seem to have!

Beautiful! I second the jealousy - three of my four grandparents passed away before I was two years old, so I don't have any real memories or any good stories!
